NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. To Enter:
The Papa Rewards Vegas Style Sweepstakes (the ”Sweepstakes”) is open only to members of Papa Johns® rewards program (“Papa Rewards”) who meet the Eligibility requirements in Section 2 below. Papa Rewards membership is available for free; individuals may sign up at:
https://www.papajohns.com/order/create-account. Papa Rewards members may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting https://vegasstylepizza.papajohns.com, any time between 12:00:01 a.m. ET February 2, 2024 and 11:59:59 a.m. ET February 5, 2024 (“Promotion Period”) and completing and submitting the entry form (an “Entrant”). After submitting the initial online entry, Entrants who purchase a Papa Johns stuffed crust pizza using their Papa Rewards member account during the Promotion Period will earn ten (10) additional entries for each qualifying purchase; Entrants who purchase any Pepsi-Cola® beverage product using their Papa Rewards member account during the Promotion Period will earn one (1) additional entry for each qualifying purchase; Entrants who pay for their qualifying order with Venmo will earn five (5) additional entries (“Venmo Entries”). There are two ways to pay via Venmo and earn 5 bonus entries: 1) Open the Papa Johns app and tap account tab, select Venmo as a payment method, place your order, choose to pay with Venmo; 2) Order via
papajohns.com and when in cart "checkout" step select Venmo as your payment method. Regardless of the number of qualifying purchases in an order, participants may earn only five (5) Venmo Entries for each transaction paid using Venmo that contains a qualifying purchase. After submitting the initial online entry, Entrants who wish to earn additional entries without making a purchase may send an email with their full name, zip code, phone number, email address, and bonus entry level they’d like to earn (“Stuffed Crust”, “Pepsi”, or “Venmo”) to: papajohns@email-hub.com (a “No Purchase Bonus Entry”). The email must include the subject line: “Papa Johns No Purchase Bonus Entry.” Each No Purchase Bonus Entry email must be sent separately. Limit five hundred (500) bonus entries per person. Limit one (1) initial entry per person or email address. Entries must be complete and legible to be eligible. Providing an invalid email address, invalid personal information, multiple entries beyond what’s stipulated above, or otherwise failing to abide by these Official Rules will result in Sweepstakes disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the person identified as the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address). Entrants are responsible for determining the corresponding time zone in their respective location for entry. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, the sole determinant of the current time will be the clock on the promotion website server, regardless of what any other timekeeping device might indicate. Entries must be received 11:59:59 a.m. ET February 5, 2024.
2. Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to Papa Rewards members who are legal residents of a qualifying Las Vegas ZIP Code (qualifying ZIP Codes: 89012, 89015, 89031, 89032, 89101, 89103, 89108, 89109, 89110, 89115, 89120, 89122, 89123, 89128, 89131, 89135, 89141, 89145, 89147, 89178, and 89191), and eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Not open to employees and their families (spouses, parents, children/siblings and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household) of Papa John’s International, Inc., PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company and its bottlers, PayPal, Inc., their subsidiaries, affiliates, participating retailers, franchisees, promotion partners, advertising and production agencies, and PROMOSIS, INC. Entrants consent to the use of their registration information in accordance with the
Papa Rewards Terms and Conditions. Entrants agree to the release of their name, address, and email information to Promosis for winner notification purposes and for public winner disclosure as required by law. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law or regulation, and is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Drawings:
Winner will be selected via random drawing, on or about February 6, 2024, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Promosis, Inc. (“Administrator”), an independent judging organization whose decisions in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email from Promosis, with potential follow up by phone, and will be required to complete an online verification form and publicity/liability release within twelve (12) hours of the date and time the initial notification is sent to the potential winner, or prize may be forfeited. Any potential winner who fails to respond to the winner notification or is found to be ineligible will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of participants received for the original drawing.
4. Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize: $58,000 cash. Retail value of Grand Prize = $58,000.
Grand Prize presentation will be on or around February 9, 2024, at a time and location specified by Sponsor. Winner must be available for prize award on the date/time specified by Sponsor, or prize and its value will be forfeited. Grand Prize award will be made to the recipient residing in a qualifying ZIP Code, only, subject to delivery area restrictions. Acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes consent to participate in the prize award presentation and media recording for future publicity purposes. Prize may not be transferred. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes on the value of the prize received. Grand Prize winner will be required to provide their Social Security number, to be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the retail value of the prize. Grand Prize winner will also be required to upload a “selfie” photo and an image of a government-issued photo ID, as part of online verification. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to grant to the Sponsor and its promotion partners the right without limitation to use the winner’s name, picture, portrait or likeness, and voice in any future promotional material connected with this Sweepstakes in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, where permitted, and that such use can be made without prior inspection or approval of the use of any copy used in connection with it. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the total number of entries received by the deadline.
5. Limitation of Liability:
Sponsor and its promotion partners (including PayPal, Inc.), independent judging organization, and their affiliates are not responsible for typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete registrations/entries or email; for technical, hardware, software, Internet, or telephone failures of any kind; for lost or unavailable network connections; for viruses; or for failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in the promotion. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated entry devices are not valid and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek prosecution of any Entrant or potential Entrant who disrupts or interferes with the proper play of the Sweepstakes, or acts in violation these Official Rules in any way. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify promotion if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the promotion, or corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Sweepstakes is canceled for any reason, including but not limited to those stated above, winner will be determined via random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor and its promotion partners, PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company and its bottlers, their related companies, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion, or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), or Facebook, nor are these entities responsible for prize awards. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules.
6. Dispute Resolution:
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Massachusetts having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participants' actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
